For both architects and owners, we provide reliable cost consulting for all phases, including planning and estimating from feasibility through bid analysis, as well as change order analysis. Our approach is to help clients think through cost issues before design is started, which keeps projects in budget and avoids rework.
For the owner, we serve as your Project Manager / Owner Representative – an extension of your staff – during the Feasibility, Design and/or Construction phases. Our clients retain us to manage a project from concept to construction to reality – or any scope within – depending on the owner’s needs and project requirements.
